Thank you for trusting me with your healthcare. It is a privilege to be part of your wellness journey, and I appreciate the confidence you place in my practice.

I, and my staff, are committed to providing you with compassionate, high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. To continue offering the level of service and attention you deserve, I periodically review our fees to reflect the rising costs of operating a small medical practice. I have been able to keep fees stable at the current level since 2022 but must now make adjustments going forward.

Beginning September 1, 2026, there will be a modest adjustment to our fees for office visits and services. I have made every effort to keep this increase as reasonable as possible while maintaining the quality of care you expect.

New Patient Appointments: $1400.00

Test Review Appointments: $1200.00

Follow-Up Visits (In Office or Telemedicine): $700

Ancillary patient fees (ie ltter fees and blood draw fees) will also increse:

Base letter fee $100/Blood Draw base fee $35
